Save the file on your PC in the default download location. After Internet Explorer runs a security scan and finishes downloading the file, you can choose to open the file, the folder it's stored in, or view it in Download Manager.
10 Essentials to Save Your SIGHT download
Download Manager keeps track of pictures, documents, and other files you download from the web. Files you've downloaded are automatically saved in the Downloads folder. This folder is usually located on the drive where Windows is installed (for example, C:\users\your name\downloads). You can always move downloads from the Downloads folder to other places on your PC.
To view files you've downloaded while using Internet Explorer, open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select View downloads. You'll be able to see what you've downloaded from the web, where these items are stored on your PC, and choose actions to take on your downloads.
When you download a file, Internet Explorer checks for clues that the download is malicious or potentially harmful to your PC. If Internet Explorer identifies a download as suspicious, you'll be notified so you can decide whether or not to save, run, or open the file. Not all files you're warned about are malicious, but it's important to make sure you trust the site you're downloading from, and that you really want to download the file.
If you see a security warning that tells you the publisher of this program couldn't be verified, this means that Internet Explorer doesn't recognize the site or organization asking you to download the file. Make sure you recognize and trust the publisher before you save or open the download.
These games can be downloaded and played on more than one type of PlayStation console. For example, if a game is compatible with both PS4 consoles and PS Vita, you can start playing at home, upload your save and continue later on your PS Vita.
GPS device with digital maps. GPS has revolutionized navigation and accurately gives climbers their location on a digital map. Modern phones, combined with a reliable GPS app, match the best dedicated GPS units for accuracy and are easier to use. Devices often have extensive libraries of maps, many available free; download the ones you need before your trip. Together with downloaded digital maps, phones can guide climbers in the wilderness far from any cell towers. The caveats? Phones are fragile and they need electricity. Backcountry travelers should take steps to armor these delicate devices, keep them dry in the rain, and extend their battery life. Bringing a fully charged external battery pack is an important precaution. Dedicated GPS devices are more rugged and weatherproof than phones, making them a good choice for extreme environments.
PLBs and satellite communicators. Historically, the mountaineer has needed to be completely self-reliant, and backcountry travelers should still have that mindset when entering the wilderness today. But when an emergency unfolds despite good tools, preparation, and training, most would welcome help. PLBs and satellite communicators determine your position using GPS and then send a message using government or commercial satellite networks. These devices have saved many lives; all backcountry travelers should strongly consider carrying one. Satellite phones are reliable in the wilderness, but regular phones, which rely on proximity to cell towers, are not. Unless you are certain you will have a signal, assume that your phone will not function to make calls from the backcountry.
Each plan varies in the content stream quality and how many people can watch the service at one time from separate devices. The number of devices matters for downloading content for offline viewing as well. If you and your roommate both want to download the same episode of a TV show for viewing later, for example, you would need to buy the Standard plan or higher so that you can each save and watch.
Note: There is no app available for downloading and watching on a mac computer at the time of this writing. You can, however, find the Netflix app in the Apple Store for your iPhone and iPad.
If you only paid for the Basic service plan, your computer will download movies and TV shows in SD quality. If you chose a higher level of service it makes sense to change your setting to download shows in the quality you prefer.
One other reason to choose standard resolution content is the smaller file size. If you want to download a lot of content in a short timeframe - before leaving for a trip, for example - choosing the lower resolution will get that content onto your laptop more quickly.
Depending on your internet connection speed, the playback quality, and the length of the content, it may take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour to download the show or movie. A standard 90-minute movie has a file size of 500MB to 2.0GB, so ensure that you have the hard drive storage space for whatever you are saving.

To keep your system secure, you should always choose to disable links or macros from downloaded query results.

From the GPS Import dialog box, select the _ Real Time_ tab to see options for viewing live data. You'll need to make sure that your GPS device is connected and streaming data using one of the supported protocols (NMEA is the most common).
Before you disconnect your laptop from the internet and go out in the field, be sure to use Google Earth to fly to and view the places you'll be visiting so that the relevant imagery is saved in the cache on your hard drive.

Read the instructions that came with your GPS device for exporting data from your device to a file on your computer. You can also use third-party software like GPS Babel to download the GPX file to your computer.
